What is a Mentoring Track
<aside>
A mentoring track is a series of 3–6 interactive sessions (each 1–1.5 hours) built around a specific topic. Unlike lectures or training, mentoring is about facilitating dialogue and learning together, not delivering content from the top down.

As a mentor, your role is to:
- Guide, not lecture → Act as a facilitator who sparks conversations and reflection.
- Prioritize engagement → Encourage peer-to-peer learning, group problem-solving, and open dialogue.
- Balance content and practice → Blend short theoretical insights, exercises, and real-world case studies with plenty of discussion time.
- Create a safe space → Enable mentees to share challenges, test ideas, and learn from each other.
High Level Recommendations
Based on the **mentee’s feedback from our last edition** 🔗, here’s what creates the highest-impact sessions:
✅ Focus on Real-World Application
- Use case studies from your current work
- Provide frameworks you actually use in your day-to-day
- Give concrete examples of how you've applied concepts
✅ Create Interactive Learning
- Facilitate conversations rather than deliver presentations
- Use breakout rooms to help introverts participate
