• We (organizers) will send you (mentors) surveys to take the pulse
• First one 2 weeks into the program - this will help us understand if we need to improve how we support you
• Second one in the last week of the program - to help us take the learnings for the next edition

Feedback from Mentees

• We (organizers) will create the survey for Mentees - one survey for all the tracks, but can be filtered by track
• It is going to be mentors’ responsibility to share the surveys with your mentees
• The same as above, one survey 2 weeks into the program, and the second one in the last week

To collect as much feedback as possible from the Mentees we recommend you:

• Allocate 10 minutes at the end of the session, share the survey link and ask them to fill it on, the spot - by far, this has the highest completion rate
• Right after the session, share the link in your whatsapp group </aside>
