Great tracks are rarely led alone! We recommend having at least two mentors per track, three can be even better. With the right mix of mentors and guest voices, sessions feel richer, more dynamic, and more impactful.

Why multiple mentors matter → More diverse perspectives, shared workload, smoother facilitation, and richer discussions for mentees.
Align early → Sync with your partner(s) on content flow and time management.
Support each other → When discussions go off track, co-mentors can gently steer the group back.
Bring in guests → Consider inviting guest speakers for deep dives on specific topics. For example, in a Product Management track, a mentor brought in a colleague to share how AI boosted his productivity, adding fresh insights and sparking new discussions.
🔶 Program Duration & Sessions → 6 weeks, with 3–5 sessions of 1.5–2 hours each
🔶 Track Description Matters → Clearly state what mentees will gain. This helps them choose the right track and helps mentors align on content.
🔶 Mentor Collaboration → Sessions are usually led in turns. Ensure they connect and build on each other, alignment is key.
